YOUR ITINERARY (DAY WISE)

Day-1

Day 1 Pickup Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station to Phuentsholing/Jaigoan

Arrival at Bagdogra Airport[IXB]/Railway Station [NJP], get driven to Phuentsholing. Check-in the hotel in this offbeat little town at Indo-Bhutan border. Haggle in the long lines for a tourist permit. Spend the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing/Jaigoan.
 

Day-2

Day 2 Phuentsholing/Jaigoan to Thimphu

This day you travel to the capital and largest city of Bhutan, Thimphu. Along the drive, find snow-capped mountains, waterfalls, streams and the unspoiled greenery. Break in the trip and linger a while to stretch your legs. Admire the top view of Chukha Dam en-route. Once you arrive, check in to the hotel Overnight stay at Thimphu.
 

Day-3

Day 3 Thimphu - Fullday Sightseeing

Meander through the colorful streets of the semi-developed markets Catch the glimpse of National Flag hoisting Take in the view of the enormous Thimphu Dzong Explore the Changlimithang Monasteries, Semtokha Dzong and Tashichho Dzong Take a stroll through the Takin Zoo and meet smiling Takins, the national animal of Bhutan Go for an art expedition here: National Library, Thimphu National Museum, School of Arts & Crafts, Handicrafts & Textile Museum, and Handmade Paper Factory Trail up to the Bhutan Broadcasting Service (BBS) Tower and watch the whole town settling in Overnight stay at Thimphu
 

Day-4

DAY 4 Thimphu to Paro

Devor A Wholesome Breakfast & Proceed To Paro . After reaching Paro You Can Check In and Then Rest At The Hotel Itself After A Fun Day. You can stroll around and Spend time Shopping. Night at the hotel.

Day-5

Day 5 Paro - Fullday Sightseeing

Today explore Paro which is a hub of sacred sites and historical buildings. Start the tour with Rinpung Dzong, an exemplary architecture. Discover the Kichulanka Monastery which is one of the oldest temples built in the 7th century. Catch sight of the Tiger’s Nest Monastery from between the clouds. One thing not to miss is the staggering road views of monasteries. Visit the Paro Museum, Paro Dzong and the Drukgyal Dzong. Overnight stay in Paro.

Day-6

Day 6 Paro to Phuentsholing/Jaigoan - Transfer

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for Phuentsholing. Drive away from this glorious country & descend on an enthralling six-hour drive towards Phuentsholing. Spend the evening at your leisure. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.
 

Day-7

Day 7 Phuentsholing/Jaigoan to Bagdogra Airport/ NJP Railway Station - Drop

After breakfast Check out from the hotel & get chauffeured to Bagdogra Airport[IXB]/Railway Station [NJP] Return with unforgettable memories.
 

INCLUSIONS

  • Accommodation in twin-sharing hotels or similar.
  • Meals as per itinerary.
  • Internal permits for visiting municipal areas.
  • Transfers and sightseeing in Bhutan 
  • Local English-speaking guide services.
  • Sustainable Development Fee (SDF): INR 1,200 per adult per night and INR 600 per child (ages 5-11) per night.

  • Entrance fees for monuments and museums.
  • Gala dinner fees for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
  •  Meals not specified in the inclusions.
  • SIM card charges (clients must recharge).
  • Destinations not listed in the itinerary.

  •  Applicable GST and TCS as per current rates.
  • Travel insurance for guests over 60 years.
  • Any other items not included in the inclusions.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  •  Fill out the Nepal tour package Registration Form original copy.
  •  Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number and Preferred Arrival date on the registration form.
  • Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport or Voter Id, and two photographs. PAN Card Copy and TCS.
  • Email Registration Form, Scan Valid ID Proofs & Transaction Number on Email: info@triptotemples.com (cc: accounts@triptotemples.com & adik@triptotemples.com) & courier originals self-attested copies to us on office address. 
  •  Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:
  • Carry the original passport (1st prioity) or Voter Id (2nd option) during the yatra

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings,Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.

After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at accounts@triptotemples.com or adik@triptotemples.com.

Once Trip To Temples receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:

● 50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days.

● 30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days.

● 20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days.

● No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.

All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
