Char Dham
The Government of India has launched a health-focused SOP for Char Dham Yatra in 2025 including medical support, pre-yatra health checkups, screening points, and a 24X7 helpline. The opening dates for Yamunotri and Gangotri Temple are 30th April and for Kedarnath Temple and Badrinath Temple are 2nd May and 4th May, respectively. The Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath are the four revered Hindu pilgrimage sites, which are popularly referred to as Chota Char Dham Yatra, that begins in Yamunotri and continues to Gangotri, Kedarnath and ends in Badrinath.
