Arrival at Paro and Transfer to Thimphu
The flight to Paro is one of the amazing experiences while traveling to Bhutan. You will get a chance to see panoramic views of the Himalayas and other famous peaks while landing at the airport. The experience of landing at Paro Airport is one of its kind as you will have a glimpse of Bhutanese foothills, few steep turns to land at this amazing and small airport in Bhutan.On Arrival, you will be received by an expert Bhutanese guide. Meet and greet followed by a drive to Thimphu, the busiest tourism hub of Bhutan. Driving distance is 65 kms and time taken would be 1.5 to 2 hrs.Check in Hotel in Thimphu. In the evening, free time to explore the Thimphu town.
Thimphu Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, day is dedicated to sightseeing of Thimphu. You will see the following tourist sites in Thimphu include:-
• Kuenselphodrang
• National Memorial Chorten
• Folk Heritage Museum
• Typical Bhutanese lunch at the Folk Heritage Restaurant would be a great experience.
• Sangaygang view point
• Takin Reserve Centre.
• Changangkha Monastery
• Tashichho Dzong (Fortress of the Glorious Religion)
Thimphu to Phobjika
After breakfast, transfer to Phobjika
On arrival check in. Overnight Stay in Gangtey Hotel.
Excursion tour to Gangtey & back to Punakha
After breakfast drive to Gangtey valley . It’s located in the beautiful, broad and U shaped glacial valley of Phobjika. After arrival hotel check in and later after lunch we will hike to nature trails. From the small hilltop overlooking Gangtey Goemba, head downhill through flower meadows to Semchubara village and from here through beautiful forests and into the open valley. After passing a chorten and Khewa Lhakhang, the trail ends at the local community school; this involves a 30 minute walk up to the start of town.Black Necked Crane Information Centre
Situated on the edge of the forest and wetland along the main road of Phobjikha valley, the black-necked crane information Centre has an observation room equipped with high power telescope and spotting scopes for catching the best view of the cranes. The centre also offers display information that outline the natural and cultural history of the area. There is a small gift shop, which sells handicrafts produced by the local people.
Punakha / Wangdue toward Paro
After breakfast, You will see the following tourist sites in Punakha / Wangdue include :-
• Punakha Dzong
• Chimi Lhakhang
• Punakha Suspension Bridge
After Sight seen, you will be taken on a three hour road trip from Punakha to Paro, which is located across the famous Dochu La Pass.
During the road trip, you will pass through the Dochula, where you will spot mani wall, chorten, prayer flags, and others. This is the country’s highest road. You can even spot the peaks of surrounding mountains, if the sky is clear. Top peaks to spot during your drive are Masagang, Tsendagang, Terigang, Kangphugang, Table Mountain, and others. This includes the Gangkhar Puensum peak, which is the highest in Bhutan.
On Arrival Check into the Hotel. Overnight Stay in Paro.
Discovering Paro
After breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing in Paro. Key highlights include the iconic Taktshang Monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest, which is perched on a cliff and offers stunning views. Other notable sites include Nya-mey Zam, Dungtse Lhankhang, and Druk Choeding. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the local market before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Paro Local Sightseeing
After breakfast go for full day sight seen of Paro. You will see the following tourist sites in Paro include:
• View of Taktshang Monastery,
• Nya-mey Zam,
• Dungtse Lhankhang,
• Druk Choeding
• Tamchog lhakhang
• Rinpung Dzong
• Ta Dzong
Paro Airport Drop
After breakfast. The trip will end here, and we will leave you off at the airport where you will be leaving.

- Fill out the Bhutan tour package Registration Form original copy.
- Pay the non-refundable registration amount in a corporate bank account or online and mention the transaction number and Preferred Arrival date on the registration form.
- Attach a self-attested copy of identity proofs, like a valid Indian passport or Voter Id, and two photographs. PAN Card Copy and TCS.
- Email Registration Form, Scan Valid ID Proofs & Transaction Number on Email: tejas@triptotemples.com (cc: accounts@triptotemples.com & adik@triptotemples.com) & courier originals self-attested copies to us on office address.
- Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:
- Carry the original passport (1st prioity) or Voter Id (2nd option) during the yatra
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any unforeseen disputes, weather-related issues, natural calamities, technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings,Weather, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control.
- After booking, if you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify Trip To Temples in writing at accounts@triptotemples.com or adik@triptotemples.com.
- Once Trip To Temples receives your notice, cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
● 50% refund on cancellations between 21 and 45 days.
● 30% refund on cancellations between 15 and 20 days.
● 20% refund on cancellations between 11 and 14 days.
● No refund before 10 days of departure or Yatra denial by local doctors during medical check-up in Yatra.
- The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. We can accept replacements from customers without any cost for up to 20 days from the Yatra date with complete documents.
- All refunds and cancellations are applicable as per the cancellation policy, with a processing time of 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Min 30% at the time of booking
- Remaining should be paid minimum 30 Days before the date of travel, For hotel specific booking you have to take 50% at the time of booking
- Onground Payments Not allowed
ALTERATION POLICY
- For Group + Private Departures, If Rescheduling/ Modification is done 15 Days Before Date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
- For Hotel Specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
- No rescheduling/ Modification available between 0-15 Days before Date of travel
- Rescheduling validity extended to one year from existing date of travel
Modification Charges
- Ex: Change in itinerary like Route, Vehicle, No. of days, etc
- In case of change in no of people, a new quote is to be provided to the customer
NOTE
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
