Send 1 month before the Yatra Date:
⮚ Carry the original passport (1st option) or Voter Id (2nd option) during the yatra.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- In case of Natural Calamity / Strike / Political Disturbances, if Roads remain open – the above Cancellation Policy will be applicable.
Note : No refund will be issued for any unutilized services after the commencement of the tour, regardless of the reason
PAYMENT POLICY
- Min 30% at the time of booking
- Remaining should be paid minimum 30 Days before the date of travel, For hotel specific booking you have to take 50% at the time of booking
- Onground Payments Not allowed
ALTERATION POLICY
- For Group + Private Departures, If Rescheduling/ Modification is done 15 Days Before Date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
- For Hotel Specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees
- No rescheduling/ Modification available between 0-15 Days before Date of travel
- Rescheduling validity extended to one year from existing date of travel
Modification Charges
- In case of change in No of people,Route, Vehicle, No. of days, like etc a new quote is to be provided to the customer
NOTE
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
