Ayodhya Nandigram Pilgrimage Tour (4 Night / 5 Days)

• If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the date of travel, then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• In case of Natural Calamity / Strike / Political Disturbances, if Roads remain open – the above Cancellation Policy will be applicable.

Note :  No refund will be issued for any unutilized services after the commencement of the tour, regardless of the reason
 

• Minimum 30% at the time of booking
• The remaining amount should be paid a minimum of 30 days before the date of travel. For hotel-specific booking, you have to pay 50% at the time of booking.
• On-ground payments are not allowed.

• For Group + Private Departures, If Rescheduling/ Modification is done 15 days before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fee
• For Hotel Specific, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as the rescheduling fees.
• No rescheduling/ Modification available between 0-15 Days before the Date of travel
• Rescheduling validity extended to one year from the existing date of travel. 

Modification Charges

• In case of a change in No. Of people, Route, Vehicle, No. of days, like, etc, a new quote is to be provided to the customer.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
