Adi Kailash Yatra FAQs

Journey up to Dharchula is arranged in a hotel category/rest-houses on twin, triple, and quad sharing. After Dharchula, our stay is organized in a well-maintained homestay/rest-house, on multiple sharing accommodations after crossing Dharchula in Gunji/Napalchu, as it is more feasible due to cold weather conditions. You will be provided with a separate mattress along with a separate blanket and pillow, at all these infrastructures.

No, you will not be staying in tents during Adi Kailash-Om Parvat Yatra. You will be given accommodation within a well-maintained homestay in the village and experience their local culture & cuisine. Local people of the Rung community are very hospitable and welcoming; we also organize a small cultural program for our yatris during their stay in the Nabi Village.

Individual rooms are not available in the Adi Kailash & Om Parvat yatra because of the limited availability of infrastructure. After reaching Dharchula, you will get accommodation in a homestay. A separate mattress, blanket, and pillow will be provided to you in the homestay/rest house. Some properties accommodate 4 to 5 travellers, while others accommodate 7 to 8, depending on their capacity. Staying individually in this accommodation setting is nearly impossible, as there are limited beds in a single homestay.

We'll provide you with a hotel/rest house accommodation up to Dharchula on a twin/triple/quad sharing basis. Beyond Dharchula, you'll be staying in well-facilitated rest houses or homestays, where you can enjoy the local culture of the region.
